thought i would give this a try...

hello all out there in blogland. i don't know how many people read this dribble, but i would like to take a moment to mention that i am going to be currently looking for a job. if anyone in the boston area (specifically within the bounds of public transportation), knows of a job that might fit my needs, please please let me know. i'll post my resume soon. looking for mostly administrative, i have manager experience and i play theremin and make a wonderfully subtle cup of green tea.
i could work part time or full time. i love working for non profits, and i'm extremely adaptable.

um...why does that question link to the amazon listing for 'she's having a baby'??
and, i think alcoholics make great writers. i don't think i would be the best person to work with them, for them, or against them.

here's one at my office:
Conflicts Specialist
Performs comprehensive conflict of interest checks and assignments of client/matter numbers for all new matters and for potential clients. Performs conflict checks by utilizing the Firm's conflicts computer database and through use of the appropriate corporate family applications. Maintains active communication with submitting attorney as well as the Records and Information Manager. Inputs related client matter information into conflicts database. Performs a variety of clerical and/or data entry functions, as time permits or as requested. Position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of related experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite products and database software. Appropriate applicants must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds. Hours are 8:00-4:00 PM.

This is the same job I have. It is at a law office near South Station, the work is easy and the pay is high. Amy can give you my contact info.
